Hook is a small affluent town in the Hart district of Hampshire. St John the Evangelist Parish Church is a landmark.

Hook is on the A30, just north of Junction 5 of the M3 motorway; both roads give access to London with the M3 going to Southampton in the other direction and the A30 going south-west as far as Land's End in Cornwall. Hook railway station has direct links to London Waterloo as well as Basingstoke.
