Get all your signed documentation to your solicitor in advance, if you want to give yourself more chance of a faster conveyancing process in Chelsea.

Your conveyancing solicitor can't exchange contracts with the other side until they receive your mortgage deed, transfer deed, signed contract and so on. Originals of these documents, or at least some originals may be required by your solicitor and if so, you may need to post them.
