Other attractions there include; Surrey Heath Museum in Surrey Heath House in Knoll Road, which concentrates on the area's past, from the Stone Age through the medieval era right up to modern times and the Look Out Discovery Centre in nearby Bracknell, which is great for kids and has hands-on exhibits.

Mortgage Broker Tip

A bad credit rating can make borrowing expensive – keep it at a satisfactory level

One very good reason to keep up your credit rating, by making timely repayments etc., is that if your rating drops, you might find that you have to pay higher APRs on further credit and/or are offered reduced sums of money when you apply for them.

Guarantor Mortgage

Guarantor mortgages enable associates (most often family members) of a would-be home buyer to help the mortgagor's application for a mortgage by typically guaranteeing that the required loan repayments will be made.

In order to do this, the guarantor most often has offer their own property as collateral against the mortgaged property, so the risk is that they could lose their own home. However, if the mortgage applicant they help does make the right repayments, then the guarantor won't have to pay anything.

Mortgage Broker Tips for the Conveyancing Process

By getting your signed documents to your solicitor as soon as possible, you can speed up the conveyancing process in Camberley.

Exchange cannot happen until all of the relevant documentation has been received by the solicitor, including your signed contract, the transfer deed and mortgage deed.

Sometimes only signed originals of documents can be accepted by your solicitor. Therefore make sure you stay on top of being organised and account for slow postal delivery.
