Proud of our Customer Reviews

"The report contained all of the information we needed. The quote was very cheap compared to what we would expect to pay for a structural survey so we did doubt it, but the surveyor did the full full report as stated."

If you're worried about damp in the property you're looking to buy, you should get a HomeBuyers Survey

If you've got suspicion of damp or other defects in a property you're looking to buy, you MUST get a HomeBuyers Survey. The costs for making good or repairing some of these defects can run into thousands of pounds; however, If identified within a survey you can get quotes for fixing it and either share the costs with the seller, or, in worst case examples, decide to pull out entirely.

A RICS Homebuyer Report and a Building Survey will make comment about any signs of damp and your surveyor will recommend a Damp Specialist if required.
