Don't wait until you have a sale agreed before you instruct your conveyancer!

Whether you are buying or selling, if you want your conveyancing process to be as quick as possible, your very first move should be to instruct your conveyancing solicitor. After that's done, your conveyancer can start to collect all the necessary documents and information from you and other parties so when a sale is agreed, there's no delays. You'll particularly appreciate this if you're buying a leasehold or shared ownership property when conveyancing generally takes longer than normal to complete.
