Brief | Be the voice of the sales team and join SAM Conveyancing as a Sales Executive. You manage your own client opportunities which we provide to you through our digital marketing platform and repeat business/recommendations. You receive one-to-one training throughout your induction period to hone your skills, give you a good knowledge base and maximise your potential earnings. We help clients move home so this role is not for anyone who can't empathise and proactively support their clients after the first call. 5 out of 5 is our current bench mark - it was when we started and it will always be. This is why clients leave us the reviews we get. The opportunity has huge growth prospects for a high-achieving, self-starting and fast-learning sales professional. We reward your performance well, with no ceiling to your remuneration. The lowest annual earnings in the sales team in 2022 were £34,499 and the highest £41,539. We set realistic goals and look to progress you to management within realistic time frames. |
Salary | £30,000 to £42,000 OTE (Basic of £19,000) (lowest earner in 2022 OTE £34,499 and highest earner was £41,539) |

Hours | 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch and working 1 Saturday from home every 6 weeks from 10am to 1pm. |
Holiday | 28 days a year (includes the 8 bank/national holidays) |
