Brief | Be the voice of the sales team and join SAM Conveyancing as a Sales Executive. You will manage your own client opportunities, which we provide to you through our digital marketing platform, as well as repeat business and recommendations. You will receive one-to-one training throughout your induction period to hone your skills, build a strong knowledge base, and maximise your potential earnings. Salary | £45,000 to £56,000 OTE (Your salary and commission will never fall below £30,000 pro-rata. The lowest-earning Sales Executive in 2025 took home £45,320 with 2 years of experience, and the highest earner made £56,739) Ref: SALESSAM24 |

Hours | 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch, working 1 Saturday from home every 6 weeks from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. |
Holiday | 28 days a year (including the 8 bank/national holidays), pro-rata'd for your first year. This increases by 1 day for every full year worked, up to a maximum of 10 extra holidays. |

- Per Sale Commission: 2.5% for pitches and 2.5% for closes of net revenue. You have a guaranteed £2,500 monthly salary for the first 4 months so you can focus entirely on learning without worrying about commission.

Responsibilities & Targets | Performance TargetMinimum of 75 sales at a 37% conversion rate with a 74% contact rate. This is your contractual target, which takes effect after you pass your probationary period and complete your full training. (Note: Baseline targets are continuously reviewed in line with business goals). Day-to-Day Duties- Converting website-generated leads for prospective clients.
- Nurturing and sourcing business relationships with existing and new panel companies, including surveyors, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
- Providing proactive and helpful telephone and email support to meet customer needs.
- Communicating with clients in a courteous, empathetic, and friendly manner.
- Marketing the brand to promote member conversion.
- Investigating and solving client problems.
- Handling complaints to aspire to 100% client satisfaction.
- Managing the collection of client feedback throughout the customer journey.
- Liaising with service providers and solicitors to manage the smooth delivery of services to the client.
- Assisting in the development of messaging to clients via email, website, and telephone.
- Handling any other tasks that arise to support the company from time to time.

Education and Experience | - English Language and Maths GCSE (Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a customer-interactive role (such as hospitality, call centres, or retail).
- No previous conveyancing experience is required.

Skills | - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Receptiveness to sales and conversion training.
- Strong communication skills when speaking with clients and professionals.
- Excellent email writing skills, including proper grammar and structure.
- High levels of confidence and self-awareness.
