Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

A referral is validated when the ‘Friend’ pays for either a Conveyancing Service or Survey Service through SAM Conveyancing's panel. If ordering via phone, it is the responsibility of the customer to declare if they were referred. All referrals must be confirmed during the order process to be valid.

Once a referral is validated the Referrer will receive an email notification.

The standard referral reward is £30 bill credit to the Referrer in Amazon vouchers.

Rewards will be paid once the Friend’s Service has been completed.

You do not need to be a SAM Conveyancing customer to make a referral.

Referral rewards are variable. SAM Conveyancing reserves the right to withdraw or change the referral promotion at any time, with or without notice.

You cannot recommend yourself or anyone else at your home address.

Maximum of 12 referrals per calendar year per household are eligible on this scheme. If you’d like to refer more friends, please email details through to help@samconveyancing.co.uk

Check that your Friend is happy to hear about this offer from SAM Conveyancing before you refer them.

We'll withhold rewards if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. All decisions made by SAM Conveyancing are final.

SAM Conveyancing employees or their family are not eligible for the referral scheme.

This offer is not applicable when the Friend is, or has at some previous time, been a customer with SAM Conveyancing.

As a Registered Referrer, the email address that you register or put through the online referral form will be your unique referral code.
