Adekunle (Ade) is a highly experienced chartered surveyor who provides professional advice to clients on property purchases via RICS Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys (Structural Surveys).
Ade is a firm believer in adding as many photographic records of all identified defects found on the survey. He also adds estimates of the cost of repairs (subject to obtaining contractor actual quotations) wherever possible.
He is also experienced in freehold purchase and lease extension valuations, party wall advice as well as assistance with major works such as loft conversion, extensions and conversion works.
