About Andie

Andie is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor (BSc MRICS MCABE), RICS Registered Valuer, and a founding director of Appleby Petfield Limited. Bringing over three decades of specialist property knowledge to home buyers across East Sussex, West Sussex, and Kent, she excels in comprehensive residential surveys, detailed defect analysis, and formal property valuations.

Having trained and qualified in London, Andie’s expansive career covers a diverse mix of commercial and residential property. Alongside her extensive survey work, she possesses deep expertise in architectural design, boundary disputes, and complex defect assessments—including flooding and Japanese knotweed. Dedicated to the future and inclusivity of the profession, Andie also serves as both an assessor and chairwoman for the RICS Building Surveying Assessment Panels and works closely with the RICS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team.

To provide home buyers with a seamless, expertly managed experience, Andie works as part of the SAM Conveyancing national panel. By partnering with SAM, she can focus entirely on delivering detailed, high-quality technical inspections while SAM’s dedicated support team streamlines administration.
