About Ashley
Ashley is an Associate Solicitor and Team Leader within our Home & Property department, based in our Leeds City Centre office. With nine years of experience as a qualified solicitor, Ashley is recognised for a proactive, client-focused approach that challenges the traditional perception of legal practice. He combines deep technical knowledge with a commitment to excellent customer service, ensuring transactions are handled with both precision and efficiency.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons), a Master of Law & Practice, and a Master of Laws from the University of Huddersfield. His legal career has been defined by a focused specialisation in residential conveyancing, gaining experience across a range of environments, including high-street firms, large regional Yorkshire practices, and national legal organisations.
Joining Chadwick Lawrence in 2024, Ashley has quickly progressed to the role of Team Leader and Associate Solicitor, reflecting his strong leadership capabilities and dedication to high-quality legal support.
As a Team Leader, Ashley oversees the performance and standards of his team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development. He is a strong advocate for modernising the conveyancing experience by balancing thorough legal rigour with a pragmatic, approachable manner, helping clients navigate the complexities of property law with greater ease and clarity.
