Working closely with senior solicitors and conveyancers, she provides high-level technical and administrative support to ensure residential property transactions proceed smoothly and securely.

Bryony joined Chadwick Lawrence in November 2021, quickly establishing herself as a proactive and highly capable asset to the real estate team. She is deeply involved in the daily mechanics of property files, acting as a reliable, central point of contact for clients, mortgage lenders, and estate agents to keep all parties perfectly aligned throughout the conveyancing process.
