Since entering the property market in 2018, she has developed a sophisticated understanding of the industry, transitioning from a successful career as a Veterinary Physiotherapist and business owner into the specialised field of conveyancing.
Charlotte’s professional insight is underpinned by extensive personal experience in property investment and management. This included purchasing her first property and renovating it to then let out the rooms at university. Charlotte draws upon a robust family background in property development and management. She is currently a landlord after recently purchasing under a company name.

Charlotte bought her first house in 2018 through inheritance. She then redecorated and rented its rooms to her friends. Since selling this property, Charlotte has invested into her families growing property management company.
Recently, this has included the conversion of a single dwelling into flats, as well as overseeing the renovation of her current house into a home. Her variety of personal experience makes her a sympathetic ear to the complexities of the conveyancing process.
