Guy is a highly accomplished Chartered Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer, and a partner at Albright Surveyors. Guy’s career in property began from an entrepreneurial foundation, successfully building and developing substantial residential portfolios in both the North East and South West London. Seeking to formalise his extensive practical experience, he returned to university to graduate with an honours degree in Building Surveying, quickly achieving his Chartered status (MRICS). This unique blend of personal development experience and rigorous professional training allows Guy to evaluate properties with an incredibly sharp, practical eye for detail.

We were suggested a couple of Conveyancers in our area and I have to say that SAM did all that they said they would each step of the way. From the initial call back through to re-arranging appointments at short notice to cater for us Andrew helped us throughout. On the day of the Survey, we had planned to attend and SAM were perfectly able to accommodate this, but unfortunately it was not possible. Even so Mr Mattinson who undertook the survey called us and walked us through his findings and answered any questions we had. So for us, overall a very positive experience, we'd certainly use again.
