From start to finish the communication was excellent. Joe responded very fast to all my enquiries. The information given to me to book and pay for the survey was very clear and easy to do. Very good value for money for a level 2 survey including a valuation. The survey itself was booked within days with confirmation of the time it will take place. I received an initial email on the day with brief details of the surveyors findings and had the full report within 3 days. The surveyor Izuka completed a very detailed report with pictures and answered a question I had almost immediately.
