John (Richard John Allison) is a highly experienced Director and Solicitor serving as the Head of Residential at SB Lawyers. With exactly three decades of qualified legal experience, he brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to both residential conveyancing and commercial property law, ensuring client transactions are executed with maximum technical accuracy and commercial security.

John established his foundational legal training in the mid-1990s and was officially admitted to the Roll of Solicitors on 15 April 1996, regulated under the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 1529).

Over the course of his extensive 30-year career, John has operated at senior executive and managerial levels across prominent regional firms, developing a comprehensive understanding of the property lifecycle. In addition to his role as Director and Head of Residential at SB Lawyers, he actively holds crucial compliance responsibilities as the firm's Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA), demonstrating his commitment to strict regulatory standards and operational excellence.
