About Kathryn
Kathryn (Kathryn Elizabeth Hunt) is an Associate Solicitor based in our Leeds City Centre office. Uniquely positioned within the firm, she bridges the gap between commercial litigation and real estate, specialising in property dispute resolution, business litigation, and media law. She prides herself on her exceptional attention to detail and on providing a highly reliable, personable service to her clients.
Kathryn completed her professional legal training and was officially admitted to the Roll of Solicitors on 16 October 2017, regulated under SRA number 622863.
Building upon a strong foundation in property frameworks, she has spent nearly a decade advising individuals, landlords, and corporate entities on complex legal matters. Her technical competence and consistent track record in resolving high-stakes disputes led to her appointment as an Associate Solicitor within Chadwick Lawrence’s Dispute Resolution and Commercial Property Solutions teams.
Kathryn’s approach is defined by strategic risk mitigation and practical problem-solving. Understanding that legal disputes can be costly and disruptive, she works proactively to finalise resolutions through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) paths wherever possible. When litigation becomes necessary, her thorough preparation and legal precision ensure her clients' commercial and property interests are robustly defended.
