Katy joined Chadwick Lawrence in January 2019, bringing a deep reservoir of residential property knowledge to the firm. Recognising her sharp administrative capabilities and technical sector acumen, she stepped into her current operational role in 2022. Working directly alongside senior leadership, Katy contributes to major departmental projects, system developments, and legal drafting standards across the firm's regional footprint.
With more than a decade and a half of industry experience, Katy possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire conveyancing pipeline. By combining her technical understanding of title deeds with a proactive approach to operational management, she helps ensure that transactions move efficiently from initial instructions through to final completion.
