Kitty (Gurkeerat Kaur Toor) is an Associate Solicitor within the Home & Property department, based in our Morley office. With more than two decades of dedicated legal experience, she provides premium, comprehensive legal advice to clients navigating the complexities of the residential property market.

Kitty established a rigorous foundation in legal practice early in her career. She was officially admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in February 2005, following regulation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 209786).

Over the past 21 years, she has built a standout reputation across the West Yorkshire legal market for her sharp technical acumen, proactive file management, and deep familiarity with property frameworks. As an Associate in the Real Estate team at Chadwick Lawrence, she utilizes this extensive background to drive transactions forward efficiently while robustly mitigating risk for her clients.
