Matthew has established a significant tenure within the legal sector, offering over 15 years of practical experience in residential conveyancing. He qualified as a Licensed CLC Lawyer in February 2016, a credential that reflects his specialised training, rigorous technical standards, and strict focus on property law matters.

Since joining Chadwick Lawrence, Matthew has become a trusted fee earner within the Bradford team, known for his ability to coordinate complex property matters seamlessly.
