Natalie (Natalie Faye Glover) is an Associate Chartered Legal Executive and a Real Estate Manager within the Home & Property department, based in our Leeds City Centre office. Bringing over a decade of specialised legal experience, Natalie combines technical property expertise with strong operational leadership to ensure clients receive a seamless, high-quality conveyancing service.
Natalie has built a distinguished career within the West Yorkshire property sector, joining Chadwick Lawrence in May 2014. Demonstrating a strong commitment to professional excellence, she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) in August 2021.
Her natural leadership abilities, coupled with her sharp legal acumen, led to her promotion as a Real Estate Manager. In this dual capacity, she balances the management of complex property files with the day-to-day operational oversight of her legal team.
As a Real Estate Manager in Leeds, Natalie is responsible for driving team performance, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior colleagues. She fosters a highly collaborative, organised environment, ensuring her team delivers the proactive communication and technical accuracy required to help clients finalise their property moves safely and efficiently.
