About Ruth

Ruth is a highly experienced Partner and Solicitor specialising in all aspects of residential conveyancing and real estate law. Known for her proactive approach and exceptional team leadership, she ensures complex property transactions move forward smoothly and efficiently.

Ruth developed a global perspective on legal principles early in her career, studying law at Sheffield Hallam University and undertaking international studies in Canada. She went on to complete her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP in Leeds, establishing a firm academic foundation for her career in property law.

After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2016 at a local firm, Ruth joined Chadwick Lawrence in 2017, where her technical legal acumen and natural leadership qualities enabled her to progress quickly to the role of Partner.

In addition to handling her own legal caseload, Ruth is the Real Estate Manager for the Leeds and Wakefield teams. In this role, she oversees operational efficiency, maintains strict quality standards, and fosters a collaborative environment across multiple offices to deliver an exceptional client experience.
