Sarah is a highly accomplished Partner and Solicitor within the Home & Property department, based in our Leeds City Centre office. With over 15 years of qualified experience in the legal sector, Sarah combines elite technical property expertise with a modern, commercial approach to real estate. She is widely recognised for her ability to navigate complex high-value transactions smoothly while managing risk effectively.

Sarah graduated with an LLB (Hons) Law Degree before completing her professional legal training. She was officially admitted to the Roll of Solicitors on 15 January 2010, regulated under SRA number 465809.

Throughout her career, she has developed a deep, practical understanding of the regional and national property markets. Her strong leadership capabilities, consistently high service standards, and technical proficiency led to her appointment as Partner at Chadwick Lawrence, where she plays an active role in driving the firm's real estate strategy.

Sarah believes that successful conveyancing relies on proactive communication, transparent workflows, and absolute technical precision. By avoiding legal jargon and working collaboratively with clients, mortgage brokers, and estate agents, she ensures property transactions are finalised securely, on schedule, and with maximum peace of mind for all parties.
