About Zoe

Zoe is an experienced Conveyancer based in our Bradford office, bringing more than two decades of dedicated property law experience to the Home & Property department. Since joining Chadwick Lawrence in February 2021, she has utilised her deep sector knowledge to ensure clients experience transparent, highly efficient property transactions.

Zoe entered the legal profession over 21 years ago, developing a robust foundation across varied legal environments. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 16 years handling specialised property matters, notably working as a paralegal managing both repossession litigation and residential sales. This diverse background equips her with unique insights into risk management and technical property title issues.

Since transitioning into her role at Chadwick Lawrence, Zoe has focused her extensive skillset entirely on residential property conveyancing, consistently advancing her legal expertise to support the Bradford team.
