Brief
We are looking for a self-driven marketing manager to join our team and manage the marketing strategy for our already successful brands for SAM Conveyancing.

You manage your own strategies from concept to measuring the success backed with the support of our Digital Marketing Team.

Responsibilities

Marketing Manager Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the marketing campaigns for the company.
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify and review trends and insights, across content marketing, email marketing and social media, in collaboration with the Director.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategy to improve performance metrics.
  • Report on the performance of digital marketing processes, track goals and key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Promote our businesses, products and services.
  • Develop effective user funnels with optimised conversion points.
  • Ensure we are communicating the right messaging and TOV to attract prospective clients and retain our existing ones.
  • Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
  • Train and supervise the digital marketing team, including recruitment of new hires, as required.
  • Manage our various digital marketing platforms using a variety of tools and software.
  • Audit, optimise and manage our website for speed, accessibility and SEO.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on concept, development and implementation of digital marketing plans.
  • Liaise with our external agents, service providers and service delivery team to help with marketing campaigns and messaging.
  • Business development: increase revenue through innovating new methods, topical growth and additional marketing streams.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Research, plan and prioritise new content and pages for optimisation.
  • Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
  • Co-ordinate with our sales team to obtain insight into existing trends and messaging.
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
  • Provide press releases.
  • Monitor current campaigns, ensuring staff meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks.
  • Analyse data to evaluate the success of our marketing initiatives and develop new ideas to improve our marketing and exposure.
  • Maintain our website and social media pages.
  • Apply technical SEO to identify areas for improvement on site performance.
  • Delegate and monitor tasks and progress by the digital marketing team.
  • Write copy for internal and external communications.
  • Monitor and action errors and warnings using various tools, and identify new tools to improve our processes.
  • Monitor and review backlink profile and disavow lists.
  • Grow our geographical reach via locations based pages and regional property market reports.

Education and Experience
  • A degree in marketing or a similar sales qualification.
  • 5-7 years’ experience working in marketing.
  • You need no previous conveyancing experience.
