Nick doesn’t just help steer SAM Conveyancing; he has experienced the value of our legal products firsthand. When Nick wanted to financially support his son, Edward, in purchasing his first home, he wanted to ensure the family's capital contribution remained completely safe.
To achieve this, Nick and Edward completed the purchase utilising SAM’s bespoke Deed of Trust. Their real-world property journey caught the attention of the national press and was featured in The Telegraph:

Brilliant experience from start to finish
It was easy to find a conveyancer, and the report that was completed was of a very high standard and allowed us to make the correct decisions around our onward purchase.
The whole team were super supportive, professional and helpful throughout.
Would thoroughly recommend

MY
FIRST
MOVING
HOME
STORY
Victoria and I bought our first house back in 1987, just before we were married later that year. The process was incredibly stressful; we had to constantly chase the solicitor, and I had absolutely no idea why the legal work was taking so long or what stage we were actually at. There were so many moving parts, yet so little client support.
Having moved three times since then, I always felt that something fundamental was missing from the UK property market, specifically, a transparent, step-by-step framework that guides buyers clearly through the legal and practical maze.
This structural gap is precisely why I am so passionate about SAM Conveyancing. The platform seamlessly introduces consumers to vetted, high-performance property solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors, ensuring clients are fully informed right up until the day they unlock their new front door. My first purchase was completed on a wing and a prayer, which luckily worked out. But you shouldn't have to rely on luck. With SAM Conveyancing, your home move is in the safest possible hands.
