If the property falls through and you have already had a survey done on the property then the surveyor has already completed the work and there will be no refund.

Alternatively, what you can do is speak to the estate agent and offer for these to be purchased by their new buyer. Some sellers are receptive to this as it’ll speed up the process for future buyers, however not all sellers will agree.
