Never apply for credit when you're likely to be rejected

They take these out to have the security of knowing exactly how much they'll need each month to make their repayments. They have to remember to organise a new fixed term when the initial one expires to avoid going on a lender's standard variable rate, but the incentive of saving cash through organising this, perhaps by selecting a new mortgage provider, is arguably likely to appeal as well.
