Never forget the APRs

You should always be aware of the different APRs which accompany the credit cards etc. which you take up, because you need to know how much your borrowing is costing you.

Lower APRs mean lower interest payments which means the debt is cheaper to service. Conversely you should repay debt tied to higher APRs first.

Discounted Variable Rate Mortgage

These mortgages are variable rate mortgages and involve a discount from the lender's standard variable rate (SVR).

Sevenoaks is in western Kent, 21 miles south east of London's centre, is a town with rural aspects all round. It is the principal town of the district of the same name, followed by Swanley and Edenbridge.

Ightham Mote in Mote Road is an excellent place to visit - it's a medieval moated manor house owned by the National Trust and is well-run, has fantastic gardens and brilliant guildes to its history. Knole House, set in a 1,000 acre park and one of England's largest houses, is also worth a visit. Children can enjoy a hidden animals house trail there while adults can enjoy the acclaimed collection of paintings.
