The risks facing the associate follow from the methods used – if they opt to use a percentage of their own property for example, they stand to lose this percentage in the event of default.


Located within London's Hillingdon Borough, the area of West Drayton provides some great housing options and as well as being a mixed residential and business area, it also contains, in The Green, a conservation area.
