Bracknell is a town in Bracknell Forest Borough, Berkshire, 32 miles west of London; it is roughly equidistant (11 miles) between Reading and Windsor. It has grown to absorb areas such as Binfield, Warfield and Winkfield and is surrounded by woods to the east and south by Swinley Woods and Crowthorne Woods. South Hill Park, a mansion dating from 1760, is a prominent landmark and has an arts centre. A top rated place to go in the area is the Look Out Discovery Centre on Nine Mile RIde which is great for children to play and build dens in the forest, but also for keen cyclists to go for off-road biking. Another is the fantastic water park, Coral Reef on Nine Mile Road.
