When you instruct as a client purchasing a property through SAM Conveyancing you will be asked if you are purchasing your property with a mortgage. If you are, then as a requirement from your lender you will need to purchase property searches.
You order the property searches by confirming with your case handler the name/s you want to be listed on the searches, the purchase property address, the property's purchase price and the mortgage lender's name.
Your case handler will then take your card details to take the £265 payment so that the property searches can be ordered.
Shortly after, you will receive an email confirming that they have been ordered also the details you provided regarding the property and lastly, it will have your receipt attached showing the £265 payment has been taken.
