Cancel out old addresses and accounts from your file

Old addresses – and accounts linked to old addresses – can play havoc with a mortgage application because of problems with ID checks.

You should ensure that old accounts are properly closed and that active accounts are linked to your present address.

Bridging Finance

Bridging finance is short term funding which is strongly connected to buying homes and the property market. It can be used to:

Swiss Cottage is a district of the London Borough of Camden in England. It is part of Hampstead and is centred on the junction of Avenue Road and Finchley Road. The district is named after an inn called The Swiss Tavern that was built in 1804 in the style of a Swiss chalet and later renamed Swiss Inn and in the early 20th century, Swiss Cottage.

In the heart of North West London, it is surrounded by attractions within walking distance. From London Zoo to Camden Market, there is something for everyone in hardly any time at all. For the tourist, for example, there are the delights of the London Planetarium and Madame Tussaud's world famous waxworks. And of course, for any cricket lover, Lord's, the very mecca and epicentre of the game, is hardly a stone's throw from the area.
