For sellers: office copies, title plan and management information (if selling a leasehold property).
It is important to make sure when budgeting the costs of moving home that you factor in all of the above conveyancing costs and ensure you get a fixed fee conveyancing quote from your chosen local solicitors or licensed conveyancer.

Which Property Searches Do You Need?
If you're buying a property in Rugby using a mortgage, when your four main searches are returned they may in turn recommend that you book further searches. These can include a specialist Flood Report for example.
With an estimated 10% of residential homes not insurable at standard rates, the flood risk report will confirm if you are in a flood risk area, what type of flood risk affects your property, past flood events and insurability for building insurance.
If flooding is flagged as an issue, you should check the seller’s property information forms as the sellers state whether the property has been affected by flooding.
