Top tips for a Fleet Home Buyers Survey
Fleet is an affluent town in north Hampshire and is a commuter town for many London workers. It developed largely when the railway arrived in 1840, the same year that the Christ Church parish church was built.
There are few very old buildings in Fleet and most of the town has formed around some Victorian buildings such as All Saint's Church, built c. 1862. Much building occurred between the 1st and 2nd World Wars, with many semi-detached and terrace houses being built.
Building picked up again in the 1960s and then from the mid-1970s onwards, new areas such as Ancells Farm and Zebon Copse were built. Elvetham Heath was completed in 2008 and has added around 3,500 to Fleet's population.

Home Buyers Survey - What does it cover?
A Home Buyers Survey is completed by a qualified RICS surveyor and delivers a visual inspection of the property in Fleet and the surrounding garden. The aim of the survey, whether a Building Survey (which used to be known as a Full Structural Survey) or a HomeBuyers Report, is to identify potential risks or defects that you may not know are there such as cracks or damage to the structure of the property, subsidence, damp and infestations.
