Susan became a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) in 2012 after being a fee earner with a South Cheshire law firm since 2009. She specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing and also managed right to buy and right to acquire sales for a local authority client for 11 years before she joined Chadwick Lawrence LLP in December 2013.

As a Chartered Legal Executive, Susan is also authorised to be a commissioner of oaths and to take depositions and affidavits.

Get your signed documents sent as soon as possible!

You should get your signed documents to your conveyancing solicitors as soon as possible simply because your solicitor cannot exchange on your property until they've received your signed contract, transfer deed, mortgage deed and anything else required. So you must complete these as soon as possible and send them by the fastest possible method.

Often your solicitor will only accept signed originals of certain documents so you should always factor in delays in the post.
